I just spent four nights in a Superior Double Room, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were super attentive, especially Sasa at reception, who made me feel welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was cozy, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. I can't wait to return!

Consider requesting a room closer to the front desk to avoid carrying luggage up several flights of stairs.

The beautifully designed spaces created a serene vibe, and I loved the fantastic snorkeling right off the shore with vibrant coral reefs teeming with life.

Check-in took longer than promised at 15 minutes, which set a frustrating tone for the visit. The fridge in the room was non-functional for the first eight hours, and efforts to get it addressed were met with delays. Gluten-free bread was promised but never available during breakfast, alongside malfunctioning coffee and juice machines. The pre-booked restaurant menus didn’t match what's served. both the Italian and Mexican themes fell flat. The beach restrooms were unsanitary and didn't see improvement over several days, and cutlery was difficult to locate at meal times.

The resort features beautiful gardens for relaxation.
Unfortunately, my experience at Sharm Resort was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was unacceptable, with stained curtains that clearly hadn't been cleaned. the food variety was lacking. the meals were tasteless, and I encountered difficulties in communication with the staff, who seemed inattentive to specific requests. This was further compounded by a feeling of pressure to tip for basic services.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 6 nights, and it was pretty comfy overall. The bed was nice and cozy, which helped with a good night's sleep. I liked that the room had a good vibe overall. it could use a bit of a refresh, as some areas felt a little worn, maybe a quick clean-up could help too. The nice design of the room made it feel inviting, though!

Couples will love it here
The staff were really trying hard for us especially MrAhmed who made sure we were well taken care of every day. Chef MrSaied brought his warm smile to each meal and that made each dinner feel special.
Not exactly a bargain but it’s still acceptable for the level of service

the layout of the resort is super nice, kinda like walking in an italian village. the roman pool is dope for swimming and the gardens are lush. we saw some cool fish while snorkeling, like blue spotted sting rays. the food is decent, got my fav kebabs, and the staff were really nice. got an awsome massage from ahmed too, highly recommend!

Great vibes and awesome snorkeling!
Just spent 4 nights in a Superior Double Room. The staff were really friendly, especially at the beach, where I got some great tips for snorkeling. Food at the bar was pretty decent but could use some more options. One thing though, the check-in process was a bit slow, which was kinda annoying.

Would recommend for a couple of nights
Friendly staff, convenient location, great beach access, made my stay enjoyable by offering late check-in and check-out options, ensuring I could explore without stress, while the free parking and 24-hour reception added convenience to my solo travels.
Nothing could have been better.

A quick pit stop in Sharm el-Sheikh with good value. The electric kettle in the room was a nice touch for late-night tea. Bring your own snacks, as the food options are limited and basic.

The friendly staff went above and beyond. the care taken by Mr Reda Abd el-Fatah was exceptional, especially in accommodating my family's needs. The variety of food available was impressive, with good choices that included barbecued meats and plenty of salads. the aging sun beds on the beach detracted from the overall experience, and navigating multiple stairs from the restaurant to the bar was cumbersome. Updates to the beach furniture and improved accessibility could enhance future visits significantly.
